You can take your unit to any brand authorized repair facility for your unit this means if it is an authorized manufacturer repair facility by the manufacturer of your unit you can take it there for a repair. All you need to do is call CPS and make a claim against your unit. (Prior to a repair being done.)

When it comes to major Appliances and TVs that are incredibly big and fragile we send a technician to your home to service your unit. It's convenient it makes your life trouble-free well that's our job. IMPORTANT REMINDER: If your equipment cannot be repaired on-site, CPS will facilitate shipping of your product and will pay for all related shipping charges, trip costs, insurance charges, and depot/shop charges.

However, some products must be returned to the manufacturer or a depot facility for advanced technical repair, repairs cannot be safely made on-site, the manufacturer's policy requires it, or if you're not located within 60 miles of the nearest service provider. A service contract does NOT change or alter the terms of the manufacturer's warranty or their procedure for repair.
