Payment Method
We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card when making purchases. For the customer's protection, all information on the order sheet, including credit card holders name, number, billing address, is subject to verification prior to processing any order. This is to prevent fraud, and the unlikely use of the credit card without the cardholder's permission. Orders can also be prepaid by check or money order payable in U.S. Dollars only. Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt for clearance of funds. A $25 fee will be charged on all returned checks.

Shipping
Most orders are processed within two business days from original receipt of order, and approval of credit card. We offer several options for shipping orders: UPS ground, 2nd Day Air, as well as Next Day Air and shipping charges will be indicated on your order form. All Deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage. For your protection and credit card security, credit card orders shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address may be delayed.

Changing your account Information
To modify your account information, please call our customer service department at 800-660-4443 or email us at customerservice@refurbdepot.com.  Your billing and shipping information can be changed on your order as long as it has not entered the packing stage.

Marketing Material
In the event you receive marketing materials that you’re not interested in, please reply with the words “remove” or “unsubscribe” in the subject line.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.   In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures

Warranty Information
All products are factory refurbished unless otherwise specified and carry manufacturer's warranty from thirty days to two years. We are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors.
