Just ordered the Panasonic SC-PT753 Home theater system. Just want to
say that I was skeptic at first ordering refurbished.
I have no complaints. I love the system and will now buy from you going
forward. I will also recommend to my friends. I'm not one to do write
ups but I am SO HAPPY with this product that I had to tell someone. Not
sure if this is right place for this but at least I got it off my chest.
Can I get a wife from your site? (just kidding)

I ordered a 46" Samsung LCD. To clear up a few concerns I had I called RefurbDepot. I got a polite rep named Jacob who was able to answer all my questions and help get me what I needed to hook up and mount my new TV. The TV arrived in less than a week and the mount and cables worked perfectly. I would definitely use Refurb Depot again and I will recommend them to anyone who's looking for a great deal with excellent customer service. Jacob thanks for all your help and expertise.

Dear RefurbDepot,
I just don't know what to say! I placed this order yesterday. After bidding over $100 more for used no-name brand LCD-HDTVs of similar size but inferior features at several online auctions, I was surprised but skeptical to find a full-featured Sharp Aquos for such an amazing price. I fully expected a scratch-n-dent special with a 50-50 chance of working.
I received the TV today, just one day later! It was carefully packed in a sealed factory box. The tv itself was wrapped in original factory plastic and with protective coverings on all of the shiny surfaces. It works perfectly, saved me hundreds of dollars over someone else's used tv, and is absolutely beautiful. Super-fast shipping, incredible pricing, exceptional quality, and awesome customer service. Ebay should be running scared and for good reason.
Thank you for making this purchase special. I will be back, and I am bringing company!

I have purchased many small items on line, but never a large ticket item like a 52" Samsung Plasma. But after reading the reviews about RefurbDepot.com I decided to give them a chance. What a great experience. They did everything they said they would. The customer service was very curtious and actually encouraged me to use the internet to make tracking easier for me. I ordered the TV on a thurs. afternoon, and had an email by Friday confirming the order and giving me a tracking number to follow the TV's progress via Fedex Freight Co. To my surprise, I received a call Monday morning from Yellow letting me know that the 52" plasma was in Kansas City, and would be at my house that afternoon. The whole process was wonderful. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Refurb Depot. In less than 3 business days I ordered online and had a 52" Samsung Plasma TV in my home hooked up and enjoying it. Probably the best part was not having to go down to a box store (Best Buy) and load it up, strap it down, and then get it home. RefurbDepot had it delivered right to my front door.

On 1/29/08 I ordered an Acer ASL100-UA380A it arrived today, 2/2/08 that’s what I call speedy!
The Acer factory-prepared computer was packed very well, and while I haven’t tried it yet, I am sure there will be no problems.
I wanted all of you at Refurbdepot to know how much I appreciate the timeliness of fulfilling my order, and, or course, the great price for the Acer.
You can bet that I will tell all of my friends about the great prices and great service I got at Refubdepot.

My Refurb Depot Experience was excellent. I ordered my item on December 21st, thinking that I would get it after Christmas with the free UPS shipping. The morning of Saturday December 22nd my doorbell rang and there was my item. It even arrived before Refurb Depot had been able to complete the processing of my credit card! Besides for the quick delivery, the pricing for the item was exceptional, and have yet to see my item (a Garmin Nuvi 350) priced cheaper anywhere...in fact the price was at least $150 less than any of the electronic store retailers. I'll definitely purchase from Refurb Depot again.

Ordered an item just after Christmas to replace another item that was given to me as a gift. Pricing was approximatey 20% cheaper than the new item at walmart.com including the taxes (in-state) and delivery. Delivery was 5:30pm Friday on an order placed 1:00pm Thursday. Box was wrapped in plain shipping box. Item purchased was in 'mint' condition with the exception of the two (2) AA batteries wrapped separately in the package that needed to be replaced.

4th TV I've purchased from Refurbdepot (this one for a friend). One TV had a tiny scratch, another shipping took a while and I couldn't get a tracking # - which was inconvenient. Both were satisfactory experiences for the price. Lately things have improved. The 3rd TV had a link for tracking and arrived in 4 days! Same for this 4th one. Pretty amazing for what is probably a very low margin business. I'm now confident enough to recommend it to friends.

I ordered a Canon powershot SD900 igital camera from Refurbdepot.com and a extra battery, I was a bit concerned to buy a refurbished unit but hey the unit arrived 2 days later in a sealed canon box there was no way to idicate that it is actually a refurbished camera,all i can tell you is that from now on i'll alwayas check ou refurbdepot before i do any other purchase o eletronics or computers, its always good to save an extra buck, Thanks Refurbdepot Keep up the good work!"

Refurb Depot is an outstanding company. I recommend them highly. I purchased a Canon digital camera and Sahrp 46" Aquos LCD HDTV, both at great prices. Excellent customer service, as I prefer to shop on-line then order over the phone. Delivery was ahead of schedule on both.

I bought an Xbox 360 from them on Sunday night last week and on Monday morning I read all of the reviews and naturally freaked out. I sent an email to customer service requesting a cancel or a tracking number and they responded within a half hour stating my unit has been shipped and they will provide a tracking number when it was available. That night I got the tracking number and I had my Xbox on Wednesday and it's worked like a charm since! Definitely will buy from RefurbDepot again!
